Made with freshly harvested jewelweed and homegrown plantain, this soap is an excellent cleanser after a day outdoors.

This bar is gently but powerfully cleansing, moisturizing, and naturally scented with only essential oils. Jewelweed and plantain are infused into the soap to help the skin after exposure to poison ivy or bug bites.

Ingredients: Fresh jewelweed infusion; Saponified plantain-infused olive oil, coconut, castor, and sunflower oil; French green clay; jewelweed extract; and lavender essential oil.

~~What makes my soap different?~~

My soaps are made with only the purest natural ingredients like coconut oil, shea butter, and olive and castor oils. Additionally, I formulate all of my cold process soaps without palm oil. After working with orangutans for a number of years, I came to realize how destructive palm oil is to the rainforests of Sumatra and Indonesia where animals like orangutans, rhinos, tigers, and elephants are all at risk of extinction. Some sources say they use "sustainable" palm oil, but in my opinion, the best way to help these animals is to avoid palm oil all together.

In addition to staying away from palm oil, I keep artificial fragrances and colorants out of my soaps (unless I state otherwise) so that they are as pure as possible.
