Rewild yourself a little by learning to use kitchen herbs and choice weeds from your lawn to support your health.

In this workshop we will taste and meditate on a selection of herbal teas made from easily recognizable and attainable medicinals. We will touch on plant identification, our powerful and ancient connection with plants, and using herbs to help with anything from IBS to headaches to cramps to bruises.

Everyone will have an opportunity to blend a bag of their own personal herbal tea to take home.
