This winter it looks like we’re in for a few more months with reduced doula access in (some) hospitals.
Not sure how a doula would work with this scenario? I have flexible options for support.
My “Journey to Parenthood” package is a reduced fee and includes all the normal preparation I help clients with but without physically attending the birth. We discuss the importance of fetal position, how to create a list of birth preferences to share with your provider, how to know when you’re in labor, comfort measures, how to ask your provider tough questions, making choices with your B.R.A.I.N., and more!
I also have reduced prices for virtual support with the option for me to help you with early labor at home. This is a great way to make sure you’re in active labor before heading to the hospital!
Of course, home birth is an option as well and I love discussing this possibility with those who are interested.
